Add this jewel-toned groundcover to your landscape this season, and let it shine for you! SUNSPARKLER Dazzleberry Sedum (Sedum 'Razzleberry' PP #22,457) features clear, raspberry-toned, star-shaped blooms that last for many weeks to wrap up your summer. It stays colorfast even through high heat and humidity.

This cute little groundcover fills in bare spots and softens the look of all your plantings. It naturally grounds your plantings in a very pleasing way.

You'll love the bright "pop" of color at the end of the season. So will butterflies! They'll come a-calling, looking for easy-access to a rich nectar source.

Layer in these tiny, ground-hugging plants to suppress weeds and finish the look of your garden design. These details are one of the best-kept secrets of professional garden designers.

Think of groundcover plants as the polished "pedicure" of your garden that make everything look tip-top. These useful ornamental plants are also akin to "wood putty" that smooths over minor imperfections in woodworking.

This is a fast spreader for hot, bare areas.

Introduced by breeder Chris Hansen, Dazzleberry is one of the best of the best groundcover Sedum varieties. Tiny, succulent, smokey blue gray foliage is restful and cool from spring through fall. This Sedum spreads wide and covers the bare lower stems of taller plants.

Use them as a lovely "filler" at the edge of all of your exterior container plantings. They'll naturally spill over the side of the pot to give a lovely effect.

Dazzleberry Sedum is cold hardy, deer resistant, heat and drought tolerant. It gives long-lasting color in autumn, and creates a soft, natural look all season long. It's even evergreen in the warmer zones.

In fall, look out! The raspberry colored flowers of this groundcover perennial creates larger-than-life texture and visual impact.

The raspberry blooms start earlier than other Sedum varieties. The colorful blooming clusters last for almost two months!

And the fabulous bold color really draws the eye. Use several plants together to create a long ribbon of color that ties your whole design together.

Dazzleberry is the best solution for hard-to-plant banks, steep slopes and that dusty garden spot that bakes in the sun. They are perfect for that one container you have that doesn't get watered as often as it should, too.

This is a hot plant that is in high demand. Order Dazzleberry Sedum from Nature Hills this season for a welcome colorful accent at ground level.

How to Use SUNSPARKLER® Dazzleberry Sedum in the Landscape

These plants are on many states "Fire Wise" lists for use in defensible space around your home and other structures. Why not create ultra-modern plantings with a mass planting?

No need to go too wide. Narrow slices of brilliant color would be very effective, as well.

Place them 10 inches apart on center, measuring from the center of one to the center of the next. They can be planted closer for a faster carpet of color.

Use them by themselves, or create a collection of Sedums from the SUNSPARKLER series. They'll be perfectly happy decorating Rock Gardens, or spilling down the top of a retaining wall.

For sunny gardens, try them at the edge of your planting beds. You'll appreciate the smoky blue grey color, the outstanding blooms and the ease of care required.

Sedums are also great for waterwise, Xeriscape gardens. Give them water to get them established, and they'll thrive for you, even in low water situations.

Don't have a yard? No problem! Try planting them in a container for your balcony or deck.

#ProPlantTips for Care

Perfect for beginning gardeners, Dazzleberry Sedum is easy to grow in average, dry to medium, well-drained soil. No need to amend the soil during planting.

It does best in full sun all day long. Provide at least 6 hours of direct sunlight in all but the hottest climates. If you are in Zone 9, consider planting in a location that receives light shade in the afternoon.

Provide a medium amount of water on a regular basis during its first year in your landscape. Ease off on the supplemental water after the first year.

Other than that, no special care is required for these low-growing perennials. These ground cover plants are easy-peasy and wide-spreading. They deliver a whole lot of color for your yard.
