How to Use Fiji™ Eleganza® Hybrid Tea Rose in the Landscape

Decorate a tiny balcony or porch with bold cherry-pink blooms. Consider using a resin planter for a light-weight decoration.

Elevate the planter on pot feet to allow water to drain away. Please don't use saucers underneath outdoor containers.

Why not add a matched trio along the length of your balcony railing? You'll get instant chic and incredible eye candy to enjoy all growing season-long.

If you have a yard, go big and bold with this incredible Rose. Keep a showy flowering hedge around your Victory Garden, or fill a Boxwood-lined planting bed.

Space them three feet apart, measuring from the center of one to the center of the next. Roses need air circulation, but this spacing will give you a lush "ribbon" of saturated color.

Rethink how you use modern Roses, as they certainly aren't fussy hothouse flowers. Weave them into Butterfly Gardens to take advantage of their extended bloom seasons.

That dark pink color makes Fiji Eleganza Rose a great mixer. Jazz up yellow Black-Eyed Susans and purple Coneflowers with their refined charm.

Enjoy pushing the design envelope with these charming Roses. Amp up their drama with dark purple Ninebark shrubs or Black Diamond® Crape Myrtle shrubs behind them.

#ProPlantTips for Care

Give Roses full sunshine all day long, with a preference to the drying power of the morning sun. You'll want to give them at least six hours of direct sunshine a day.

Well-drained soil keeps their root systems healthy. Elevate in raised beds or containers to improve the drainage.

Dig your planting hole twice as wide as the root system, but no deeper. Place your Nature Hills Root Booster in the hole, following directions to get the most benefit from this symbiotic formula.

Roses like a consistent schedule of water. Place a three-inch layer of mulch over the root system, then pull it back away from touching the canes.

Use drip irrigation or soaker hoses, rather than "overhead" watering with sprinklers, if possible. You'll save time caring for your container gardens using automated timers, too.

Feed with an organic, granular, slow-release Rose fertilizer; following application rates on the label. Don't allow nitrogen-rich lawn fertilizer near your flowering Roses, or you'll reduce the bloom production.

Throughout the summer, cut mature blooms for indoor flower arrangements regularly. This deadheading will encourage faster flushes of new blooms.

Bag and remove all fallen foliage in fall. If you are in a cold winter zone, mound up mulch as overwinter support in late November.

Once you see signs of life in early spring, trim your Rose canes down to 6 - 8 inches tall. Remove the mounded mulch from the crown at that time.

Place your order for Fiji Eleganza Hybrid Tea Rose from our expert growers today! As soon as the weather is right, we'll email you the tracking number for your sturdy box.

Enjoy this magnificent labor of love. We're happy to put years of care into our beautiful Rose bushes.
