This lovely lady goes by many names: Pink Magic Lily, Surprise Lily, and even the Resurrection Lily. No, this isn't because she's seeing multiple gardeners (although she is adored by many), it's because there are so many wonderful ways to categorize the late summer show she's known for.
As her names imply, the Magic Lily truly is mystical. Its narrow straps of foliage begin to droop then within days, it sends up a spike at rapid speed and before you know it, you have an entire umbel of huge powder pink blooms. And these balloon-sized blooms are magical in their own right. These large trumpet-shaped blooms have six broad and reflexed petals that often have accents of purple and lavender and honey yellow throats. Each umbel typically produces several blooms that reach outwards in a radiant crown. And if the sun hits them just right, you can see their golden throats glowing from the inside out.
Magic Lilies grow well as perennials in warmer zones. In other regions, they cannot handle the cold. No matter where you're located, you can enjoy these magical beauties in containers or as annuals. They thrive in full sun or partial shade and moist soil that drains well.

Our plants are grown all over the country and lead time on items may be different because of this. Once your order is placed, you will also receive the specific shipment time-frame information as part of your order confirmation. Once an item ships, you will receive shipment notification and tracking numbers, so you can follow along while your plant travels to your doorstep. We use FedEx, UPS, or USPS at our discretion.
