Great Flowering Evergreen. Low-Grower!

Spring Bouquet Viburnum (Viburnum tinus 'Compactum') is true to its name, providing your garden with a lovely living bouquet of blushing white flowers in the spring. They are a perfect complement to other spring blooming flowers and shrubs. The beauty of Spring Bouquet Viburnum is that it is an evergreen, so even after the flowers fade it still provides great structure and form in your garden all year.

This pretty, low-grower is dense and compact which makes it a favorite choice for small foundation plantings, hedges and screening. Try is as a border in your perennial beds. It makes a great mixed planting in places like the corner of the drive where you want a nice planting, but need to be able to see over it as you pull out.

Viburnam is an easy plant to mix with other shrubs. It blends in and adds without overpowering the surrounding shrubs in both leaf and flower. It makes a nice backdrop to tulips, daffodils and other spring bulbs. It looks great in all kinds of garden styles, too. It can look formal in a contemporary setting or wild in a rustic setting. It is especially pretty in the mixed borders of a cottage garden.

The flowers are lightly fragrant and you can cut the stems - whether flowering or not - as nice filler in your own home-made bouquets.

Make sure to add this beauty to your own garden this year and order a few today!

  • Lightly fragrant spring flowers
  • Waterwise
  • Year-round interest
