Sexy Rexy™ Rose is the definition of romance! Our expert growers have crafted an exquisite garden feature by placing a popular Sexy Rexy™ Rose (Rosa 'MACrexy') atop a straight standard 2-3 foot tall Rose trunk! Enjoy this world-class tree-form Rose in your garden and its prolific, perfect pink blossoms with up to 30 petals apiece! One look at this Rose and you'll find yourself saying 'So round... so firm... so fully packed!'!

This large Floribunda Rose produces an astounding number of beguiling blossoms! But this isn't your average come hither siren that relies on tricks and subterfuge to draw your eye! Instead, what we love about this Rose is its robust, healthy nature! The gorgeous shiny foliage and reddish stems, the salmony-pink pointed buds, the non-stop clusters of full blooms, she's a stunner!

Sexy Rexy™ Floribunda Rose holds pointed buds and symmetrically-layered blooms in clusters at the end of the canes. It's easy to study the heart of these special blooms because they are held up high to become the canopy of your tree. Call it a "girl next door" if you must, but please don't underestimate its power to enchant! Sexy Rexy™ provides repeat bloom all through the season. Just like the soft pink color of the blooms, the fragrance is also soft, and never overpowering!

Fully double blooms Sexy Rexy™ is a compact, smaller-sized shrub that gleams in the full sun. The concentric rings of petals resemble Camellia blossoms and are fragrant too! Carefully selected as a disease-resistant variety, you can clearly see the vigor in the attractive clear pink tone of the perfectly formed blooms, and even in the fine-textured dark green foliage. This Floribunda has very hardy in USDA growing zones 6 to 9 and only grows 2-3 feet in height on top of its 2-3 foot tall trunk for a tall accent. The lollypop topiary form only grows 2-3 feet wide, making Sexy Rexy™ perfect for any sized landscape!

Planting and Application:

Add one of these Rose trees as focal points that accent a low hedge or garden pathway. She looks wonderful against a white picket fence! A single specimen in front of evergreen shrubs, or as an anchor at the corner of your foundation. #ProPlantTips for Care:

Make sure Sexy Rexy™ receives lots of natural sunlight every day, Roses bloom the best, and the most, in at least 6 hours of direct sunlight a day. Provide a site with good air circulation and morning sun to dry the foliage. Provide a fertile, highly organic site in well-drained soil for the best results and for the healthiest plant! Also, it's best to fertilize 2-3 times a year with Rose food. Your Rose tree appreciates a generous layer of mulch covering the soil over the root system. Mulch not only improves soil condition and levels out moisture levels and consistency, but it also insulates the roots from the chill and heat.

Rose trees love consistent, moderate moisture to do their best. Requiring little else in the way of maintenance beyond some annual pruning in the early spring, the Sexy Rexy™ Rose is disease-resistant and easy to care for!

Rose Tree Care & Pruning

Some winter protection for Tree Form Roses is suggested for the colder zones 5 and 6 and some of zone 7 too by overwintering in an unheated garage after it goes dormant, or outside with straw and burlap wrap. Then in spring, take it back out or unwrap and trim the head back to about a 12" sphere just as it begins to grow again in spring.

Early each spring, after the last frost of the year has passed, it's always a good idea to prune back the Rose tree several inches to maintain the nice round form atop its trunk. Keep new blooms returning with occasional deadheading, quickly improving your overall display.

Prune away suckers and branching that forms at the base or on the trunk each year too. Pruning Roses allows for better, bushier growth each year and stimulates new growth.
