Invincibelle Wee White® Hydrangea
This NEW Dwarf Hydrangea is a Game Changer!
The Annabelle Hydrangeas are a best-seller and have remained so popular for decades. Almost every grandma had some at their home. Pure white blooms that formed huge mop-head flowers that put on quite a show.
Along comes Hydrangea Invincibelle Wee White
Imagine that same plant that Grandma used to grow but now in a dwarf form. Once established only getting 18”- 30” tall and maybe spreading up to 36” wide. The large white flowers are perfectly formed and start coming in early summer. Best of all, the stems are bred specifically to be strong, no more drooping flowers!
Then…They continue to explode with new flowers continuously throughout the summer! Gamechanger!
Imagine Wee White repeated in your perennial border. Imagine a foundation planting across the front your home -- beautiful. Use them in your shrub border for that added pop of color. What about planting them in mass creating a monochromatic all white garden contrasted with the shades of green from the foliage. You'll have a classic landscape your neighbors will be jealous of for sure!
Be sure to include them in your cutting garden, and why not a backdrop to your vegetable garden too? Edible landscapes are so hot right now, and there is no reason that a plant like Wee White can’t be included in with your edibles.
Your Invincibelle Wee White Hydrangeas are very carefree and so very easy to grow. They will thrive in zones 3a-9b. Their strong stems support the huge flowers if they are grown in part shade to full sun (about 6 hours of sun or more for the best flowering).
Hydrangeas like a shredded mulch around the base to retain moisture and keep the weeds at bay. Additional water will be beneficial during the drier periods, and produce the largest flowers and keep them coming.
