White-barked stunner!

There are shade trees and then there are SHADE TREES. Unfortunately, not all of us have room for a SHADE TREE, but we still want the visual impact in our landscape. Enter Dakota Pinnacle Birch. We can’t talk this lovely tree up enough to you.

First, it isn’t a huge tree, so it happily fits wherever you need it to. It only grows 30’ tall and less than 15’ wide. It looks great in smaller gardens where it will command attention, but it also stands out in larger gardens where the form and color take center stage. Dakota Pinnacle has an extremely graceful shape, tapering up gently from a full bottom to a perfectly pointed top.

Second, the fall color is amazing. Yes, this is a beautiful tree all year, but fall is when it really shines. This is often the first tree to leaf out in the spring and the last to change colors in the fall. It often changes just as other trees are losing their colorful leaves to winter winds and its golden yellow leaves really stand out against the bare brown all around.

Third – speaking of bare brown - after only a few years the bark on Dakota Pinnacle Birch turns an amazing creamy birch white that makes a stunning show even when the tree has no leaves in the winter.

This tree is definitely worth your investment. If you are looking for a beautiful tree that will enhance any landscape, Dakota Pinnacle Birch is the way to go.

* Small enough for any garden
* Super colorful foliage for three seasons
