All That Glows® Viburnum (Viburnum dentatum var. deamii 'SMVDBL') is the sister to All That Glitters® Viburnum. You'll need them both if you want this hardworking garden staple to perform to its full fruiting ability. When both are planted in your garden they act as pollinators for each other! The large white flower clusters blanket the plant in early summer. This is followed by tons of shiny blue fruit that wild birds can't get enough of.

What you get are two shrubs that produce masses of beautiful white flowers in the spring into early summer and loads of glossy blue berries in late summer. The birds can't stay away! All That Glows® has very glossy leaves that actually shine in the sun. It makes quite a handsome presence in the landscape! Pollinators will agree as they arrive in droves!

Very cold-hardy 4-8, these flowering shrubs stay at a neat and tidy 4-5 feet in height and width, these are wonderful on their own as focal points, en masse and paired with its sister shrub! You'll create a bird-friendly sanctuary and pollinator habitat

Planting and Application:

This is an easy-care plant that is smaller than most Viburnums. It is well-suited for hedges, foundation plantings and screens. Use it as a backdrop for all your garden perennials. Replace some of your aging shrubs and light up your landscape with a few plants of All That Glows® Viburnum! These radiant flowering shrubs look great as foundation plants, hedges for privacy and screening off an eyesore.

Pair these easy-care shrubs with evergreens for wildlife and bird-friendly shelterbelts, or groupings for pinpoint privacy. Create naturalized swaths of gleaming color and four-season interest throughout the garden! These look lovely along a fence to enhance (or hide) the view! Create garden vignettes by planting a curved row of these impressive shrubs around a focal point, garden seating or sculpture!

  • Lovely Clusters of White Blossoms
  • Showy Blooms Against Glossy Creased Foliage
  • Shiny Blue Fruit for Birds
  • Pollinator & Wildlife Interest
  • Hedge, Screening, Specimen & Focal Point

#ProPlantTips for Care:

This is really a "plant-it-and-forget-it" easy-care shrub. It glows in full sun but handles semi-shade without a problem. Hardy in full sun and partial shade, you'll get more showy fruit when planted in at least 6 hours of sun and with another Viburnum dentatum pollination partner. Plant in about any well-drained soil with a 3-4 inch layer of Mulch over the soil surface and provide moderate, consistent moisture when needed.

Wait to prune until after those amazing flowers are finished in spring. It's rare to need to tip prune, but you can shorten up the ends of branches right after flowering if you'd like. You can also skip tip pruning and renewal prune only if you wish to have fruit for birds. Renewal prune removes the largest, thickest stems from the ground every few years. This will rejuvenate your shrub. Leave the young stems in place, which will flower nicely for you next spring.

  • Full Sun & Partial Shade
  • Adaptable to Most Well-Drained Soil
  • Easy Care - Prefers Moist Soil Types
  • Deer Tend to Leave This Plant Alone - Juglone Tolerant
  • Self-Pollinating, But Plant More Than One for Best Berry Production

Radiant from head to toe, spring to fall, the All That Glows® Arrowwood Viburnum will become your landscapes new radiant gem! Hurry and order this crowd favorite today from!
