Saucy Seduction™ Yarrow

Availability: Out of stock

Flirty, fun, and The Saucy Seduction™ Yarrow (Achillea millefolium 'Saucy Seduction') is part of the Seduction™ line of Yarrow and known for sturdy compact growth, long bloom periods, and interesting flowers!

The Saucy Seduction™ produces flat-topped heads of rich rose-pink flowers, each with a tiny white eye and subtle white shading from June into August. Rich green ferny foliage with silvery highlights forms dense mounds while the flowers form upright columns. The flat clusters of florets are the perfect landing pads for pollen-gathering and nectar-seeking bees and Pollinators alike!

Saucy Seduction™ proves to be an excellent garden performer throughout USDA hardiness zones 4 to 8, and will bloom all summer until fall if deadheaded. It will spread by underground rhizomes and by seeds, so can be used as a groundcover on slopes and dry, hot, and sunny areas.

Planting and Application:

Use this vivid little plant in gardens as bright pink specimens and focal points or as frilly lacy edging throughout your sunny borders and walkways! Wonderful front-of-the-border accents and brilliant thrillers in containers and mixed planters on your sunny pool deck, porch or patio!

#ProPlantTips for Care:

Needing full sun to do their best, Yarrow tolerates poor soil and does best in lean, well-drained soil. They are adaptable to almost any soil with adequate drainage. For their first year, provide regular moisture, but once established, your Yarrow can be drought-tolerant! Top the root system with a 3-4 inch deep layer of arborist mulch.

Deadhead spent flowers to encourage a rebloom. It is recommended you divide these perennials every 3-4 years in the spring and prune your mounds back each year in early spring before you see new growth. Attractive to butterflies, but pest, disease, deer and rabbit resistant, Yarrow are rugged little garden gems with a carefree attitude!

  • Performs in Heat & Full Sun
  • Drought Tolerant & Tolerates Dry Rocky Soil
  • Needs Well-Drained Sites
  • Moderate to Low Moisture Needs Once Established
  • Prune Early Spring
  • Rabbits & Deer Resist This Cultivar

Fun and flirty, your garden needs the Saucy Seduction™ Yarrow to bring a bit of bold pink beauty to your garden while still being the easy-going perennial next door! Order yours today at Nature Hills Nursery!
