Availability: Out of stock

The Eveline Veronica (Veronica longifolia 'Eveline') is one of the newer species of Veronica Speedwell available today and Nature Hills Nursery is proud to offer this elegant specimen! This easy-to-grow perennial has purplish-pink flower spikes that bloom throughout the summer months of June to September. The deep green foliage turns a beautiful purple-red in the fall. This Veronica is deer-resistant and does attract Hummingbirds and butterflies. It is heat and cold tolerant as well throughout USDA growing zones 4 through 9. Eveline thrives in a wide range of conditions and is so easygoing for even the most novice of gardeners. Spreading to 18 inches in width, these mounds are space-saving and reach a height of about the same.

#ProPlantTips For Care

For best results plant this Veronica in full sun. Eveline Speedwell must have good drainage and requires low to moderate watering. Add 3-4 inches of arborist mulch for moisture retention and insulation. Deadheading promotes more blooms, so keep it re-blooming by pruning off old flower spikes as they fade. New growth will begin and in a few weeks, new flower spikes will emerge. In late autumn, once the foliage dies back after frost, you can prune the mound to remove excess debris.

  • Blooms Best in Full Sun
  • Well-Drained Enriched Soil
  • Regular Moisture Needs
  • Deadhead For Rebloom & Prune Mounds Late Autumn
  • Seldom Damaged By Deer or Rabbits
  • Easy-to-Grow
