Sugar Mountain® Balalaika Sweetberry Honeysuckle Bush (Lonicera caerulea SUGAR MOUNTAIN 'Stimul') is considered a superfruit, which is great because this is one of the easiest home-grown fruits that you can put into your garden. They are native to North America and they are hardier and easier to grow than blueberries and aren't pH-dependent.

The dainty white blossoms are your pollinator's favorites, and the shrub fills out with densely packed, lush green foliage. They adapt to just about any garden situation and produce tons of sweet 1" long powder-blue fruit that tastes like a sweet cross between a blueberry and blackberry or raspberry.

Superfruits are all the rage right now and there are many superfruits out there. Not every fruit makes it to superfruit status, though. Packed with vitamins, minerals, fiber, antioxidants, and other nutrients that can help you look better, live longer, and might even prevent certain diseases.
