The true white, double blooms of Sugar Moon™ Rose (Rosa 'WEKmemolo' PP #23,475) have a fabulous fragrance and make exquisite cut flowers. This Hybrid Tea is an award-winning selection with a classic, lush and very elegant beauty.

Snowy white, fully double blooms are held on long, slender stems and complemented with incredibl, black-green leaves. This tall beauty features natural vigor and very good disease resistance, too.

Planting and Application:

Full, classically formed blooms feature up to 30 petals. Each flower is to five inches across for a brilliant display.

  • Keep this very upright, bushy cultivar in a sophisticated garden container for your balcony. Sugar Moon brings a chic look to any sunny setting!
  • Sugar Moon Rose would be a magnificent memorial rose to commemorate a loved one. Lose yourself in the beauty and intense sweet citrus scent of the big, pointed buds as they spiral open to show off broad petals of the purest white.
  • It's a must-have for a cutting garden as it blooms repeatedly through the season. You'll adore bringing long-stemmed blooms inside and allowing the fragrance to fill the room.
  • Use this as the stand out feature in a Moon Garden. Include it in a Sissinghurst-style white-flowering garden design to enjoy your landscape after hours.
  • For a sophisticated vista, plant three or more in a curved lawn planting. Show them off to perfection with a backdrop of purple-foliage shrubs from NatureHills.com.

#ProPlantTips for Care:

Plant your Sugar Moon Hybrid Tea Rose where it will bask in at least six hours of sunlight a day for best flowering. It also needs well-drained soil and a consistent schedule of supplemental water.

  • Use Nature Hills Root Booster in the planting hole for life-long benefits. Visit our Support Page for expert planting tips.
  • We encourage you to trim the long-stemmed blooms regularly to encourage rebloom! Plunge the cut stems in water immediately; then bring inside and prep for the vase by removing leaves that will be below the water line.
  • Rake and bag leaf litter in fall and place in the yard waste. In early spring, prune all canes down to six inches at a 45-degree angle above a nice, fat bud.
