One of the Fastest-Growing Hardy Evergreens

For an evergreen, Sprinter Boxwood, Buxus microphylla 'Bulthouse', is relatively fast-growing. Plant several for a quick and low-growing hedge along your patio, or place a few in containers. Even just one as an accent for your perennial bed would provide a carefree source of year round color.

You won't have to wait long for results when you plant your Sprinter Boxwood, as its growth rate will "sprint" ahead of many other evergreens in your yard! Your Sprinter Boxwood is a form of "Winter Gem" that combines those stellar features with a faster growing nature. Its vibrant, green foliage is robust and shiny, and doesn't require any special care or pruning (unless you want to fuss over it—which it will happily adapt to).

The Sprinter is quite simply an easy evergreen that has an upright habit and rounded, compact nature. It maintains its color and rounded shape but with a slight bushy nature unless pruned for a tighter, more manicured look.

Amid evergreens, Sprinter Boxwood is a gem. Plant one today for a carefree performer that will quickly and reliably perform for you year after year.
