Butterflies and hummingbirds love the nectar! Go ahead and tell your friends about all the colorful varieties you see in your yard.

This carefree shrub performs well and brings an energetic, positive look to the landscape, even in winter. Sonic Bloom Pearl Reblooming Weigela features attractive branching structure and bright green, over-sized, pointed leaves in season.

How to Use Sonic Bloom® Pearl Reblooming Weigela in the Landscape

Tie the whole look of your design together. Plant several Sonic Bloom Pearl Reblooming Weigelas in a low hedge to easily define garden areas in both your front and backyard.

Create a hedge by planting several shrubs in a row two and a half feet apart on center. Measure from the center of one to the center of the next.

Don't be afraid to go two or even three shrubs deep in some areas. Stagger a double row for faster impact.

Consider them "living walls" to create intimate garden rooms. Pair with reblooming Bloomerang Lilacs, or taller Yew, Holly or Laurel shrubs as needed.

Of course, these days, no part of the yard is off limits for garden design. Why not turn a secluded spot in the side yard into a creative "getaway" to relax in?

Invest in some outdoor seating! Then, pop a few of these special bushes at the back and sides to shield your guests with a blissful sense of privacy.

Take back your front yard with a small nook for entertaining. Receive guests and neighbors in gracious style.

Use several of them to create a bold backdrop on the patio. Grow them in the ground, or as "Thrillers" in large outdoor containers.

#ProPlantTips for Care

You'll get the best flowering in full sun. Give them at least six hours of direct sunlight a day for peak performance; although they'll tolerate some light shade.

Prune to shape after the first round of blooms. Plan a regular schedule of renewal pruning every few years.

Keep your shrubs healthy and young with renewal pruning. Simply prune out one or two of the thickest, oldest branches all the way at the ground after the first wave of blooms are done.

You'll love how many flowers you'll see on the younger branches!

Plant it in well-drained soil. Top dress with a thick layer of wood chip mulch, but please pull the mulch away from touching the stems directly.

Give your plants good air circulation. Plant at least six feet away from structures.

Enjoy these wonderfully hardy and floriferous shrubs in your landscape. Sonic Bloom Pearl Reblooming Weigela is a perfect choice.
