Sun Loving Sedum with Lively Fall Color

Sedum Mr. Goodbud, adds a burst of lively color to your fall landscape. Winner of the RHS Award of Garden Merit 2006 from Terra Nova Nurseries, 'Mr. Goodbud' PP17671 has 5-6" large clusters of purple-pink flowers that form on the purple-red stems.

The compact, serrated foliage is a deep blue-green and the stems are very strong and able to resist flopping.

Sedum 'Mr. Goodbud' needs to be planted in full sun in well-drained soil. It will tolerate most soil types and is drought resistant. Combine this Sedum plant with Asters or Coneflowers for a wonderful autumn display. It may be divided every 2 or 3 years in early spring.

'Mr. Goodbud' is a great choice for beds and borders and excellent as cut flowers. It attracts butterflies and bees. For a clean looking appearance, remove the old foliage before new growth begins in the spring.

This plant is cold hardy, deer resistant, heat and drought tolerant, AND so beautiful in the fall!
