#ProPlantTips for Care:

Ranunculus thrive in full sun and a touch of afternoon shade in hot climates and will return each spring to greet you with purple blooms. Hardy perennial corms throughout USDA growing zones 8 to 11, these will thrive in containers if you live in a zone that freezes in the winter. Provide moderate moisture and well-drained soil that won't get soggy. These spring corms hide once summer heat kicks in, so deadhead after the flowers fade. Later, trim the leaves down when they turn yellow. For best results, soak your Picotee Ranunculus tubers for three to four hours in room-temperature water. Plant the tubers with the finger-like structures down about 6 inches in depth and water them in well.
