Huge Heads of 1/2" Lavender Flowers

Phlox David's Lavender, Phlox paniculata 'David's Lavender' PPAF, is a spectacular new sport of the Phlox 'David'.

'David's Lavender' exhibits the same exceptional mildew resistance as its parent and boasts jumbo 8" flower heads that are packed with numerous 1/2" lavender-pink flowers.

The flowers are fragrant and showy, with brilliant non-fading colors. Growing 2-3' tall, they are excellent for perennial borders, corners and for cut flowers.

The foliage is dense and compact with deep green, lance-shaped leaves with prominent veins.

For best results, plant them about 18-20" apart in rich, well-drained soil in full sun or light shade.

This tall upright phlox attracts butterflies and hummingbirds.
