Out of stock
The Lavender Fred Boutin, 'Lavandula X intermedia 'Fred Boutin', is an evergreen Lavender that is a comparatively large shrub that exhibits dense, woolly almost silvery-white foliage. The long-stemmed, small light blue flowers appear above the foliage in mid summer and they will bloom until fall. Pruning is necessary to extend the life of the plant. Lavender flower wand stems are usually a bright green while Lavender leaves are gray. Cut back not only the flower stem, but also about a third of the gray-leaved stems as well. Lavender plants should be pruned every year right after blooming.
