A surge of interest in fruiting plants is sweeping the nation. These days, everyone wants to squeeze the most value from their backyard or sunny balcony.

The lovely Hall's Beauty Blackberry (Rubus 'Hall's Beauty') makes it easy. Tuck one or many in a sun-filled spot on a sturdy trellis and get ready for a wonderful harvest of sweet, tasty blackberries.

With pink buds and double, white flowers in spring, Hall's really is a beauty. The bumper crop of glossy berries starts off green, turns red and matures black.

Juicy, early season Hall's Beauty is easy to harvest. This trailing variety has thornless canes and firm skin that won't make a mess as you pick it.

Outstanding as a fresh snack, Hall's Beauty is both sweet and nicely tart. However, the emphasis is definitely on the sweet side.

How many will you eat standing over your fruit bush, feeling proud of yourself? We'll never tell!

Blackberries are self-pollinating, so you'll get fruit from a single plant. However, like all fruiting plants, they do best when planted with partners.

Boost your yield and extend your harvest with a mid-season and late season variety. Or, add several Hall's Beauty Blackberries to your productive new "patch".

This variety fruits on second year floricanes. Tie them up to a wire trellis, much as you would a vine.

You can even grow them in extra-large containers on a sunny porch or deck with proper support. Why not use several of them to create a hard-working privacy screen on your balcony?

These phenomenal fruiting plants are widely used in commercial settings. They produce a lot of pretty fruit that looks nice and uniform.

Grow your own at home, and marvel at the charm and utility of Hall's Beauty Blackberry. Just hurry, we will run out of our limited inventory quickly!

#ProPlantTips for Care

Blackberries need support from a wire trellis. Plant them in full sun with at least six hours of direct sunlight for the best fruit production.

Hall's Beauty Blackberry can tolerate wetter soils than other varieties. However, for the best results, we highly recommend you give them well-drained soil. Elevate your planting, if needed, by creating a raised bed.

Blackberries need a medium amount of water on a regular basis, especially during fruit development. Place pine straw or pine bark mulch over the root system to keep it cool and moist.

Hall's Beauty produces fruit on last year's canes, which are called floricanes. After fruiting, trim the old floricanes out at ground level.

The new growth from this year is called primocanes. Allow them to remain over winter, and tie them up to the trellis. They will produce flowers and fruit will come next year.

Apply slow-release fertilizer in early spring. Please follow the directions on the label for application rates.

Please understand that we are running out of our fruiting plants very quickly. Hall's Beauty Blackberry from Nature Hills as soon as you see it in stock on our site.
