This good-looking Rose was named to honor the heroic emergency workers who lost their lives on September 11th, 2001. Hardy throughout USDA growing zones 6 through 10, Firefighter® is heat and humidity resistant! Growing to an upright oval 4 - 6 feet tall and only 2 - 3 feet tall. These are space-saving plants for any sized garden!

Planting and Application:

Create an elegant mass planting on either side of your patio or entryway. Space them four or five feet apart in a checkerboard planting pattern, and use dark stone mulch for a very modern visual effect. Pair them with other Roses as a really special way to commemorate your own loved one.

#ProPlantTips for Care:

Select a full sun planting site where the Firefighter® Rose will get at least six hours of sun a day. They require well-drained soil, so create a raised bed or planting mound to improve drainage. Consistent watering is best during flowering and a 3-4 inch layer of arborist mulch. Feed your flowers with high-quality Rose fertilizer, and please keep nitrogen-rich lawn fertilizer well away from these shrubs.
