Fearlessly Bold Daring Deception Daylily

  • Light Lavender-Pink Reblooming Flowers
  • Slightly Ruffled Petal Edges
  • Award Winning Variety
  • Easy to Grow

The Daring Deception Daylily (Hemerocallis 'Daring Deception') has beautiful dark purple centers with light lavender-pink, slightly ruffled petals and dark green, semi-evergreen foliage. This variety will bloom from early to mid summer and is a constant rebloomer.

The Daring Deception variety has won multiple awards, including an Honorable Mention at the American Hemerocallis Society in 2005.

Daylilies are some of the easiest plants to grow and are a good choice for any gardener. They will grow in almost any soil and handle drought to wet soil conditions.

Use the Daring Deception Daylily for stand alone plantings, edging, in borders or in mixed containers and tubs. Planted together in large numbers, they quickly crowd out weeds and make a carefree and colorful ground cover.

Although each of the blooms will last for only a short time, there are many repeated blooms on the strong stems that rise above tall grassy foliage. Once established, the daylily can be an excellent groundcover on slopes because it has roots that hold soil, preventing erosion.

The Daring Deception Daylily can survive many harsh conditions that other plants cannot, including: polluted city environments, slopes, poor and dry soils, near pavement that is salted in the winter, and under Black Walnut trees, as it is not affected by juglone.

This brilliant plant gives a vivid, stunning display in any garden and is a profuse bloomer! Get your Daring Deception Daylily from Nature Hills Nursery today!
