Raspberry Ice Coral Bells
The Coral Bells 'Raspberry Ice', Heuchera 'Raspberry Ice', bears lovely silvery foliage with dark purple veins and a burgundy underside.
Each vigorous 2 foot-wide clump is topped in late spring with spikes of large pink flowers. These dainty spikes of shell pink bell-shaped flowers, rise above the foliage from late spring to midsummer, emerging from distinctive rose flower buds.
Its attractive crinkled lobed leaves remain deep purple in color with distinctive silver veins throughout the year. This coral bell is an exceptional ornamental for containers or the border.
Plant this coral bell in average to moist conditions and don’t allow it to dry out. It performs well in both full sun and full shade; generally will do well under trees.
Making a good choice for attracting hummingbirds to your yard, 'Raspberry Ice' is a relatively low maintenance perennial, and should be cut back in late fall in preparation for winter
Enjoy the color and texture of this dense, mounded, herbaceous evergreen perennial all year round!
