NEW Hypericum With Four Season Color

  • Mounding Shrub
  • Finely Cut Silver-Green Foliage
  • Yellow Flowers & Great Fall Color
  • Great In A Container Or Garden

If you've never grown Hypericum, or St. John's Wort, then you owe it to yourself to get Cobalt-n-Gold Hypericum (Hypericum kalmianum 'PIIHYP-I') into your garden this year. This new Hypericum will give you a solid four seasons of truly interesting color and texture.

In the spring Cobalt-n-Gold starts out with a flush of silver-green foliage that quickly grows into a loose mound. Then, in late spring and early summer it is covered in ¾" sunshine-yellow pincushion flowers. Once the flowers are gone the fluffy foliage softens and cools borders, beds or containers the rest of the summer. In the fall the leaves transform into shades of red, orange and yellow and berries appear that are perfect for fall floral arrangements. In winter the leaves drop to reveal stunning exfoliating bark that brings texture and depth to the short days.

Cobalt-n-Gold is a stunner all year. All it asks for is full sun and well-drained soil to be happy.

Besides being beautiful, St, John's Wort is also a beneficial herb. It has long been used as the main ingredient in teas, tinctures and tonics to relieve everything from anxiety to inflammation. (Check with a doctor or certified herbalist before taking.)

This is a great shrub that makes a great hedge or showpiece. You can't go wrong with Cobalt-n-Gold Hypericum in your garden. Order your today!
