Serviceberries are easy to grow and need little extra care. They can tolerate some shade but will perform best in full sun. The reddish-orange fall leaves are large and reminiscent of the fall colors of a burning bush! Some serviceberries are labeled as trees because of the heights they attain. Yet, some are bushy types with many stems and a shorter stature. Either way, they are gorgeous when flowering and fit nicely in many landscapes.
