Large tree Review by Ted
Happy that the previous owners of my house plant the Willow Oak in the middle of the yard. It is getting too big to be any closer to the house. It provides a lot of shade.
landscape tree Review by Jay
Willow oaks are hardy and beautiful. Mine is one of the reasons we purchased our home. We have the only Willow Oak on our block.
leaf structure Review by Jeff T001
Hard to believe that the willow oak belongs to the oak family as the leaves are glossy and thin. Nicely shaped tree.
Willow oaks are huge Review by Charles Edwards
Willow oaks become very, very large, as much as 80 feet across. Also, they will shade out anything below them. The person on this board who planted one within 12 feet of their foundation will deeply regret it, particularly as the tree matures and starts dropping branches (on the roof), as any tree will do. I love willow oaks, but don't kid yourself about the size. These are HUGE trees.
