June-Bearing Strawberry

Robinson Strawberry is a fruit-bearing perennial with ornamental features.  Plant several for an impressive strawberry patch in your back yard.  You can even use these in some containers on your front porch for a cheery hello to guests.

Your Robinson Strawberry produces some of the most luscious, juicy berries you’ll find.  The large, scarlet strawberries appear in June, producing a prolific harvest that you’re sure to enjoy.  Robinson is particularly good for canning and freezing, and also delicious picked right from the plant.

Robinson strawberries are healthy as well, with antioxidants, vitamins and many other valuable attributes to contribute to the overall health of your family.  In addition to its more obvious attributes, Robinson is also a beautiful perennial.  It’s rounded, compound leaves with their delightfully-serrated edges are a lively dark green.  The foliage is the perfect backdrop for the captivating, white petals of the spring flowers, their delicate yellow eyes a perfect accent to their pristine coloring.

Robinson Strawberry will grow up to 18 inches in height with a 12 inch spread.  It’s a vigorous grower with a long fruiting season and hardy nature.  Robinson is particularly good for northern states for its winter hardy nature.

There are few plants more fun in a garden than strawberries.  They are pretty plants, with their delightful runners, dainty flowers and scarlet berries amid the dark green foliage.  Most exciting though is the harvest of healthy, sweet fruit.  If you’d like to experience this remarkable plant, or just add a new variety to your garden, Robinson Strawberry is a wonderful strawberry to add to your garden this year.
