Heat Loving Yellow Groundcover

The Sedum 'Angelina, was developed in a private garden in Croatia. 'Angelina' has brilliant, needle-shaped, golden yellow foliage. It is a very vigorous 6" mat-forming groundcover.

Angelina’s prefer well drained soil and to be kept on the dry side. It does well in a gritty soil or in a pot with its trailing habit.

Sedum ‘Angelina’ needs to be planted in full sun in well-drained soil. It will tolerate most soil types and is drought resistant. The foliage will turn orange in autumn.

‘Angelina’ is a great choice for beds and borders and excellent as cut flowers. Use this sedum in a container on a hot deck. It will not mind missing a watering or so throughout the seasons!

It is also a great butterfly and bee attractor and is disease resistant.

I have this sitting on my deck and always see butterflies around this plant.

I grow Angelina sedum in containers to contrast dark green plant foliage. works for me.

Sedum-Angelina is absobutely beautiful. I planted it under a purple Japanese Maple on a slight hill. Everytime a piece is broken off by someone going slighly off the garden path it rolls down the hill and roots wherever it plants. Just dig up and relocate where you want them. Lots of contrast possibilities with reds, oranges, purples. Imagine it next to a dark purple Coleus. WOW!!!!
