Dick Clark Rose
The Grandiflora Rose 'Dick Clark', Rosa sp. 'WEKfunk', is named for the celebrity who hosted “American Bandstand” for years and hosted the New Year’s Eve party in New York City.
This rose has black-red buds that open to reveal the fragrant cream flowers with cherry pink edges; has a moderate cinnamon spice fragrance. It is a medium to tall broadly rounded bush that produces chameleon-like roses where no two flowers are exactly alike.
As the sun strikes each bloom, it changes to a rich burgundy-red. This rose will give you hours of pleasure as it goes through its many color changes!
'Dick Clark' is easy to grow, has great vigor, and is a 2011 All-America Rose Selection winner. Make this rose a focal point in your landscape, add to a border, or plant in a container.
