This is a very unusual rose with good healthy growth and disease resistance. A repeat bloomer, this rose is an outstanding performer! As it blooms in flushes all season, 'Judy Garland' rose offers a mild, strong, apple, rose fragrance; 35 petals.
The flowers hold beautifully on the plant and when cut, they make a lovely bouquet. When a group or bed of 'Judy Garland' are planted in the garden, they will catch the eye of those who see the colorful display.
In spring remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third.
