The Miniature Daffodil 'New Baby', 'Narcissi jonquilla', a fall planted bulb, has greenish white outer petals, dark yellow bowl shaped corona. Up to 4 flowers per stem. These fabulous Narcissus pack superior color and form in miniature size. Jonquilla delight the eye with 1-5 flowers per stem and corona-type cups that are usually wider than they are long. They are perfect for rock gardens, borders, beds, window boxes and naturalizing. They are a free-flowering miniature and blossoms last up to 4 weeks and appear in very early spring.
Once planted, they can remain in the ground for many years. They will multiply and produce the most abundant flowering results in the 2nd and 3rd year. If necessary, very large clumps of bulbs can be lifted as soon as the leaves wither, and then they can be divided and replanted as soon as possible. After flowering, let the leaves yellow before cutting them back. The plants are deer, rabbit, and squirrel resistant.
