The Allium roseum, Allium, has delicate, non-fading, little pink blooms with light green highlights that are lovely and long-lasting in borders or rock gardens. Wonderful as cut flowers and fragrant, too Easy to grow in any sunny, well-drained location, so plant them in groups of ten or more for an eye catching focal point. Divide mature clumps in August if areas become overcrowded. Alliums prefer to be dry during their dormancy. The Allium roseum is ideal for containers, mass plantings, borders, and cut flowers. These plants are rabbit, squirrel, and deer resistant. Allium roseum has a bloom period of about 3 weeks and they bloom in late spring to early summer.
