Yarrow - Strawberry Seduction

Gold in the Velvet

The Yarrow Strawberry Seduction, is part of the Seduction series. This line is known for sturdy, compact growth, long bloom periods, and interesting flowers.

Strawberry Seduction produces large heads of tiny velvet-red flowers with bright gold centers. This vigorous grower has ferny deep green foliage.

This yarrow is wonderful in fresh or dried arrangements. Yarrow can tolerate poor soil conditions, but does best in lean, dry to medium wet, well-drained soil.

It can be used as a groundcover because it spreads by seeds and underground rhizomes.

Yarrow should be planted in full sun and is tolerant to hot humid summers. Remove faded flowers to encourage more growth and divide every 3-4 years.

The Yarrow Strawberry Seduction is a great choice for an eye-catching pop of color. It will attract butterflies, but is deer and rabbit resistant.
