Tiarella - Spring Symphony
The Tiarella 'Spring Symphony', Tiarella Hybrid', has distinctive, frothy pink blooms that set the stage for other spring flowers. This attractive and versatile plant is a wonderful groundcover, and a mainstay of the shade or woodland garden.
'Spring Symphony' is a reblooming, clump-forming plant that blooms in spring, producing 15-inch spires densely packed with pink blossoms. Its deeply cut neat foliage is compact and painted with black along the midrib. 'Spring Symphony' grows to about 10 inches tall and wide and is also humidity resistant.
Tiarella can tolerate a wide range of soil conditions, but they prefer cool, moist, humus-rich soil in deep or partial shade; divide in the spring.
This clumping plant provides a profusion of pink flowers that have an astounding affect in any shaded corner. Plant this great textured plant among Hosta beds to brighten up that "out of the sun" area in your garden.
