Quick Overview
Hibiscus Cranberry Crush (Rose Mellow), Hibiscus moscheutos 'Cranberry Crush', is a spectacular blooming plant that forms a rounded, short clump of deep green, maple-like leaves. From summer to fall Cranberry Crush is covered with deep, cranberry red, heavily textured, 7- 8" flowers . While many perennial Hibiscus bloom only at the end of the branches, Cranberry Crush will have flowers at each of the leaf nodes, producing a full, long flowering, shrub-like mound. As this superb hibiscus shows off its rich, deep colors, hummingbirds will flock to it. Cranberry Crush hibiscus needs to be planted where everyone can enjoy its magnificent color! Moist soils are best, but this hardy hibiscus is very drought tolerant as well. Perennial Hibiscus should be cut back to 4-6" from the ground in the spring.
