Blue Chips blooms more profusely, spreads faster, and tolerates shadier and drier locations better. Blue Clips has attractive heart-shaped leaves and a low mounding habit up to 8 inches tall.


This bellflower re-blooms more readily if deadheaded. It is perfect for borders, rock gardens, and containers.


Campanula grows best in fertile soil with a neutral to alkaline pH. Lime can be added to the soil to obtain these conditions. Keep the soil moist, but make sure it is well-drained.


This bellflower will grow in either full sun or partial shade, though some shade is recommended in areas with very hot summers.
