The very dark and glossy scalloped foliage is larger than 'Mahogany' and darker than 'Catlin's Giant' ajuga.
It displays deep blue flower spikes in the spring. It is suitable for full sun or shade. The plants have short growth habits, 3 to 6" and are hardy to zone 4.
