Hosta Brass Ring
Striking & Bold Colors that Change Late Summer
The Hosta Brass Ring, Hosta 'Brass Ring', is a striking and bold colored hosta that will put on a great performance in your landscape all season long! ‘Brass Ring’ is a low care perennial that is ideal for shady areas.
‘Brass Ring’ hosta has broad, wavy, round dark green leaves with brassy gold margins. Leaves are wavy and uneven. Later in the summer these leaves turn a creamy-white color.
Producing light lavender flowers in midsummer, this strong and reliable grower remains very colorful throughout the growing season.
Hostas grow best in moist, well-drained, highly organic soils with a pH between 5.5 and 7.5. High-filtered or dappled sunlight is necessary for clean, healthy growth. Morning sun is tolerable and will help to intensify the leaf colors, but hot afternoon sun is usually deadly to hostas!
‘Brass Ring’ creates a stunning performance with its round, broad, and wavy leaves!
