The Bonide Bacillus Thuringiensis Thuricide (8 oz.) is a liquid formulation of bacteria. It is commonly referred to as BT, which targets many moth and butterfly larvae (caterpillars). Within 2 to 3 days of ingestion the insects will stop feeding and die. It controls caterpillars, loopers, cabbageworms, hornworms, leaf folders and leaf rollers. It will effectively treat many crops of fruits and vegetables. One pint treats up to 10,875 sq. ft. Mix 1/2 to 4 tsp. per gallon of water, but mixture ratios may vary. Apply this liquid by using hose-end or pressurized sprayers. Can be applied up to day of harvest. Bacillus Thuringiensis Thuricide will not harm beneficial insects.
