I recently developed a new garden on a slope which contains blue star junipers, many hastas, a goldmound spirea, and astilbe. I am seeking ideas for a colorful border, preferably a perennial, although I am open to the idea of annuals. Does anybody have any suggestions? I live in zone 4 and have a pretty strong wind off of Lake Superior at times. Thanks a bunch! I look forward to your ideas.
