In late summer, its' heavy crop of large, rosy-red peaches hold sweet, succulent white freestone flesh that's perfect for eating right off the tree, baking in pies, and canning for winter enjoyment.
A fast grower, Belle of Georgia will reach a mature height and width of 12 to 14 feet. For best fruiting, provide a well-drained soil in full sun in zones 5-8. It is not drought tolerant, but is self pollinating, so you may need only one.
