The Hydrangea Little Lamb, 'Hydrangea paniculata 'Little Lamb', a Proven Winners selection, produces some of the most delicate flowers ever seen on a Hydrangea paniculata.
Little Lamb's flowers are like those of the Pee Gee but much smaller. The white flowers look like little lambs dancing above the green foliage. It matures to 6' with an equal spread but can be pruned to any size.
Little Lamb prefers moist, well-drained soil and the flower color is not affected by soil PH. This plant blooms in mid to late summer.
Little Lamb is a very winter hardy plant that thrives in urban conditions. Because bloom occurs on the current season’s growth, do any pruning in late winter or early spring.
Use this plant as a lawn specimen, accent, or hedge. It is very tolerant of clay or sandy soils.
