The Petunia Supertunia ® Double Dark Blue, Petunia hybrid ‘Supertunia® Double Dark Blue‘ (PP13490), is wonderfully fragrant and has huge dark blue flowers. This plant has a vigorous trailing habit that will turn your hanging baskets and decorative urns into garden masterpieces in record time!

Its huge double dark blue flowers are self-cleaning, so no deadheading is necessary, but you may want to remove old blooms of double varieties since these larger flowers will sometimes remain on the plant.

‘Supertunia® Double Dark Blue‘ is tolerant to heat, easy to care for, and requires little supplemental watering in order to remain gorgeous. It grows fast so may need plenty of moisture and fertilizer, especially in late July and August. This will keep it well-branched and blooming prolifically from spring through the first frost!

This double petunia is very versatile, and one single plant can grow to amazing proportions. It can get over 2-feet tall, 3-feet wide and 5-feet long! In containers, it can be planted alone or mixed; trailing habit of ‘Double Dark Blue’ may overflow the bounds of the container; simply cut it back.
